We do not process counterfeits

The cards you send in must only be originals.

By submitting the card and booking the service, the customer, in this case the owner, assures that it is an original card.

Procedure for submitted forgeries

If it is determined that one or more cards submitted are counterfeits, the service will be stopped immediately and the sender of the cards will be contacted. Until the matter is clarified, the affected card remains in our possession, but the sender remains the owner.

It will be decided on a case-by-case basis whether this is fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation and whether the case will be reported.

This does not apply to custom cards

Cards sent in using the Custom service are not affected by this.
