Misproductions

Cards from the respective manufacturers are not always produced correctly. Of course, we can also grade such cards.

Below you will find explanations of common production errors.

Misprint - MP

The misprint characteristic stands for cards which, due to production reasons, do not meet the actual surface and print characteristics or deviate very significantly from them. For cards that have this feature, the subgrade "Surface" and the final rating are supplemented by the addition -MP-.

Miscut - MC

The Miscut s characteristic stands for cards that, due to production reasons, do not meet the actual cutting requirements or deviate very significantly from them. For cards that have this feature, the respective subgrade and the final rating are supplemented by the addition -MC-.

Offcenter - OC

The offcenter feature stands for cards that, due to production reasons, do not meet the actual centering requirements or deviate very significantly from them. For cards that have this feature, the subgrade "Centering" and the final rating are supplemented by the addition -OC-.
