How do I submit cards?
We recommend that you set up a customer account with us in order to benefit from various advantages, such as a quick checkout of your shopping cart, to view your order history and to always be informed about our news and promotions.
Ordering the service
To submit one or more cards, select the service you want and put it in your shopping cart. As soon as you have checked out your shopping cart, you will receive an order confirmation by email with all the necessary information on the next steps.
Please check your spam folder if you cannot find the order confirmation in your inbox after placing your order.
Sending the cards
We recommend that you enclose the completed order form with the cards you send in.
The order form requires the following information:
- your reference number
- Your name and address
- Name of the card
- Name of the card game
- Comments on your card if applicable
The completed order form simplifies the process considerably and saves time.
If the order form is not enclosed, there may be delays and possible queries to you.
For legal reasons, you as the sender are liable until your cards are delivered to us. We therefore recommend that you only send us the cards with insurance. We have had the best experience with DHL and UPS.
We recommend that you carefully send your cards using a toploader or magnetic holder.
We will send the toploader and magnet holder back to you with your cards. For logistical reasons, we cannot return boxes or similar items and will dispose of them ourselves.
