How do I submit cards?
We recommend that you create a customer account with us to take advantage of various benefits, such as a quick checkout of your shopping cart, to view your order history and to always be informed about our news and promotions.
Ordering the service
To submit one or more cards, select the service you want and add it to your shopping cart. Once you've checked out, you'll receive an order confirmation email with all the necessary information for the next steps.
Please check your spam folder if you do not find the order confirmation in your inbox after placing your order.
Sending the cards
We recommend that you enclose the completed order form with your submitted cards.
The order form requires the following information:
- Your order number
- Your name and address
- Name of the card
- Name of the card game
- If applicable, comments on your card
The completed order form simplifies the process and saves time.
For legal reasons, you as the sender are liable until your cards are delivered to us. Therefore, we recommend that you only send us the cards insured. We've had the best experience with DHL and UPS.
We recommend that you carefully send your cards using a toploader or magnetic holder.
We'll return toploaders and magnetic holders with your cards. For logistical reasons, we can't return boxes or similar items; they will be disposed of by us.
